“Kevin was polite and very professional he listened to my concerns and what I had experienced and he in turn explained to me everything he was gonna do and after a while he found the problem. I had him also install a surge protector on my Outdoor system, he explained all that was involved and how he had to change my disconnect box to be able to do it right. He sets a great example of what a service tech should be in communication, skill and knowledge of not only HVAC but all the other things that go into getting a HVAC system to work properly. I would say give him a raise he obviously earns it everytime he runs a call.”

“Technicians arrived on time and proceeded to protect the carpet and floors. They were very nice and open to answering all my questions as they were performing the installation of our new HVAC system. Super personable that made the stress of purchasing a new AC much more pleasant!
So happy with the install and AirHeads HVAC as a company. All the staff from the first visit from Michael K to Cody and Ryan and to Erika for answering all my other questions.. has just been awesome. I just wish AirHeads had a branch in Georgetown, Tx too!
