“Kevin was polite and very professional he listened to my concerns and what I had experienced and he in turn explained to me everything he was gonna do and after a while he found the problem. I had him also install a surge protector on my Outdoor system, he explained all that was involved and how he had to change my disconnect box to be able to do it right. He sets a great example of what a service tech should be in communication, skill and knowledge of not only HVAC but all the other things that go into getting a HVAC system to work properly. I would say give him a raise he obviously earns it everytime he runs a call.”
