Gas Furnace Home Comfort Tune-Up includes:

  • Level thermostat

  • Level thermostat

  • Check heat anticipator setting

  • Check thermostat sub-base

  • Check for proper calibration

  • Check operation of thermostat

  • Check drain safety switch operation

  • Check all wiring in blower compartment

  • Inspect blower wheel

  • Vacuum/clean blower compartment

  • Check blower amp draw

  • Check/clean filter

  • Check evaporator coil

  • Check plug and outlet
